1. Adults only
The homeshot.pl website and the services offered on it are intended only for persons aged 18 or over. By entering the website, you confirm that you are an adult. If you are under 18, please leave the website.
2. Nature of the information
Service descriptions, prices and blog articles are for information purposes. They do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract (Art. 71 of the Civil Code). The terms of our services are described on the Terms and conditions page. Prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN). We keep the information up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors.
3. Age and consent of session participants
All persons taking part in a session must be adults and voluntarily agree to being filmed. The customer is responsible for obtaining this consent. The operator may ask to see an ID and may refuse or stop the session if:
- there is any doubt about the age or voluntary participation of any person;
- participants are clearly under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
- the participants’ behaviour threatens the operator’s safety or breaks the law.

4. Session location
The customer is responsible for having the right to use the session location (apartment, hotel room, rented venue). Outdoor sessions take place only in places inaccessible to outsiders – we do not carry out intimate sessions in public places.
5. Materials after delivery
After the materials are delivered, the customer is responsible for storing and using them. Please remember that:
- distributing another person’s image requires their consent (Art. 81 of the Polish Copyright Act);
- distributing an image of a naked person or a person during sexual activity without their consent is a criminal offence (Art. 191a of the Polish Criminal Code).
We are not liable for the consequences of the customer or participants sharing the materials with third parties.
6. External links
The website may contain links to other websites and messengers. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Website availability
We do our best to keep the website running without interruptions, but we cannot guarantee continuous availability. Technical breaks do not affect confirmed bookings.
8. Copyright
The texts, graphics and logo of the website are protected by copyright. Copying them without our permission is prohibited.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing on this page excludes or limits consumer rights under mandatory laws, in particular the Polish Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code.
